How long should I expect a customized wood order to take?

All wood orders have a two week processing time. For larger projects estimated timeline will be given upon the specific order.
Do you offer a refund or allow for returns on products.

Unfortunately I do not offer any refunds or returns unless it was a mistake by me. Meaning that I made a human error such as spelling.
Do you offer any other products besides what is listed on your site?

How would I pay for a customized product not listed on your site?

Any customized orders not listed will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit once all details are agreed upon. **Note: Once a project has begun there can NOT be any changes made at that point.**
